General Terms and Conditions
- Minimum order of $250.00
- All merchandise must be ordered in case packs.
- Prices and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
- New accounts must be prepaid by credit card or check.
- Regular terms are Net 30 days. No COD's FOB Woodridge, IL.
- A service charge of 1% per month or 12% per year will be charged on all overdue accounts as well as all costs incurred due to non-payment.
- No return of merchandise without prior authorization number given by Trudeau Corporation within 7 days following the delivery. Please call 1-888-887-8332. Unauthorized returns will be charged freight, 15% handling fee and if after the product is inspected and it is deemed unacceptable for resale, product cost.
