  • What affects heat retention?

    How the interior insulating format significantly affects the length of time that the liquid stays hot or cold. The more liquid in the container, the longer the liquid stays hot or cold, as the liquid keeps itself hot or cold.

    Furthermore, travel mugs retain heat up to 2 hours except for vacuum insulation mugs which are 3 hours.
  • What is the difference between Stainless Steel Vacuum insulation and Glass Vacuum Insulation Carafes?

    Stainless Steel Vacuum creates a double wall between the protecting and design exterior and interior which holds the liquid; it takes the air out of the walls that separate exterior from interior.

    Glass Vacuum is a glass bottle that is manufactured with a double wall and a vacuum in between.
  • Are your lids leak-proof? If so which products?

  • What is the difference between a tumbler vs. a travel mug?
