  • Where can I find your products?

    Select a product on our website. Enter your postal code or zipcode to check product availability among retailers.
  • Can I buy from you directly?

    No, unfortunately you cannot buy directly from us.
  • Can I buy replacement parts?

    No, you can't buy replacement parts.
  • Do all your items come with a lifetime warranty?

    Certain products have a lifetime warranty. See the product information page.
  • How can I replace a product under warranty?

    First, return the product to the retailer. You may also fill out a form and send it to the head office.
  • Where do I return a defective product?

    If the product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, simply return the item to the store where it was purchased or fill out the return form.
  • Do you send postage paid labels for return of defective products?

    No we don’t.  We pay for the postage for a replacement item being sent back to you.
  • I don’t have my receipt, can I still return a defective product?

    Yes.  Please return your product back to the address listed in the Contact Us section of our website.  Include a brief note stating why you are returning the product and where and when it was purchased.
