The incumbent is responsible for coordinating various aspects of the testing process. The incumbent may also act as support for some administrative tasks for the Product Development group.
Main tasks:
Preparation of Test Request Forms & Submissions for testing
Reviewing testing lab quotes and invoices
Communicating / providing necessary test reports to Account Managers
Preparing Letters of Guarantee (LOG) and Certificates of Conformity (COC)
Communication with factories regarding test samples and test results
Documentation maintenance
Requirements:
College graduate or equivalent
Relevant experience in administrative support and coordination
Excellent command of English language – must be able to communicate fluently verbally and in writing
Good knowledge of French
Computer literate - Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
