National Account Manager

Within a team of account mangers and in close collaboration with the sales team, you will provide an unparalleled service to our national clients while fulfilling the responsibilities linked to your job description, that is:

 

• Ensure the management of electronic and manual orders, and direct shipments to our clients
• Collaborate closely with the distribution center team for the logistics of the receiving and shipping of merchandise as well as the transmission of delivery standards and logistical compliance
• To provide support to the representatives such as sending samples, follow-up on orders and the propagation of product information
• To analyze sales and capture projections for the product allocation system of some of our clients in order to ensure them of a sure and stable supply
• To apply our rules and policies to that which deals, in particular, to the logistical compliance program, warranty on our products and our terms and conditions of sale
